Earth Explorer 12 User Consultation Meeting (UCM)

Four candidates are currently competing to be the twelfth Earth Explorer: CryoRad, ECO, Hydroterra+ and Keystone.

To date, there are 11 Earth Explorers. Two of them (GOCE and Aeolus) have already completed their missions, while SMOS, CryoSat, Swarm, EarthCare and Biomass are currently in orbit.  

In Tallinn, Estonia on the 7-8 July, four new mission consepts will be presented to the Earth observation scientific community by their respective scientific and technical teams.  

Why attend?  

Here you will have the unique opportunity to learn about each mission concepts, ask questions and provide critical feedback to each mission, which is important input for the recommendation and decision-making process that will ultimately lead to the selection of up to two candidates to proceed to the next stage of development.
